L’etiquette…
Call Us

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients with consideration to our therapists time, we have adopted the following policies:

Arrival on time

Please arrive five minutes earlier for your appointment. The time we set aside for your appointment is completely yours. If you are late to your session, we will make the most of the allocated time. The session will end at the time scheduled and full cost of the session will be applied.

Timing of the shower

Kindly note that your session starts the moment you enter the room so we advise you not to take much time to remove your clothes while the therapist is waiting to start your massage. As for the timing of the shower after the massage, your shower should not last more than 15 minutes especially when it’s fully booked and the room is needed for the next guest.

Confidentiality

The client’s records and sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client’s approval.

Professionalism

All clients must be aware that our services are strictly professional and that all our massage therapists are certified.

A massage therapist is not a doctor

A massage is not a substitute for medical treatments. Massage therapists are not qualified to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments or perform spinal/skeletal manipulations.

Massage isn’t always beneficial

If a client shows any signs and/or symptoms of illness that opposes massage (fever, rash, infection…), the session will be
re-scheduled. This is to protect the health of both the client and the therapist. Some clients might experience sore muscle the next day after their session this is usually very common to people who request a hard massage or the ones who haven’t had massage for a long time. But no worries everything will be ok within 24h!

Gift card policy

Our gift cards have an expiry date which is one year. Clients should avoid losing their gift card or prepaid card massage because it should be with them when they come for their session.

For jacuzzi /sauna lovers

kindly bring your slippers and swimsuit with you if you have a jacuzzi/sauna session. The receptionist will also remind you before your appointment.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnant women should ask their doctor/gynecologist before they schedule their massage session and the pregnancy should be only between 4 to 7 months. The client will have to lay on her side and the performed massage will be soft to medium on her arms, legs, neck and shoulders only.

We are not responsible for lost items

Clients are asked to put their belongings in the locked safety box inside their massage room.

Covid-19 safety rules

It is strictly forbidden for clients to come without wearing a face mask. All safety measures are taken. All staff should also wear a mask: receptionists, managers, massage therapists, cleaners… body temperature taken upon arrival, sanitizing machines are used in rooms and showers after each client. The clients are allowed to remove their face mask only inside the rooms/sauna/jacuzzi since the therapist will keep wearing hers.

You may always tip your massage therapist

There are no definite rules on how much money you should tip your massage therapist. Given that you enjoyed the service, you can tip your massage therapist a desired amount as an encouragement.
